Our Mission

“We are a Christian community called together in the University District to seek and worship God, to act with compassion, and to work for justice with our neighbors.”

Our faith is a verb and not a noun. We are called by God to love our neighbors and to be the hands and feet of Christ. University Gathering lives an active faith that includes being in mission in our neighborhood, partnering with programs to serve community needs, wrestling with questions of race and justice, and advocating for a just and peaceful city, nation, and world.
