University Gathering United Methodist Church (formerly University Methodist Temple) has been in the University District since the late 1800s. What started as a small tent of Christians blossomed into a grand church building. Our ancestors built a beautiful building that served the community since the late 1920s. After a prayerful discernment process, we decided to let go of that building. We now worship in the historic building of Green Lake United Methodist Church.
